« storytelling » de Present Perfect, très intéressée de voir comment les « softskills » étaient enseignées notamment dans leur mise en pratique en dehors des heures de coaching individuelle. Je redoutais un peu une formation assez « théorique » et/ou « inspirante » et j’ai été très agréablement surprise de trouver des exercices directement applicables tout au long des deux formations et ce, dès les premiers modules. Il s’agit d’exercices de mise en application opérationnelle, rapide à mettre en place et sur lesquels j’ai rapidement pu capitaliser, les premiers servant de bases aux suivants.
