A SaaS in e-learning and soft skills, Present Perfect is a training organization in the B2B market. You will join a multicultural team that values performance, passion and resourcefulness! We have great clients, and great missions. We work with the biggest and the smallest (Guerlain, LVMH, Orange, Disney, Universal, Ubisoft, Uber...)
What will your daily life be like?
You will work within our training team with Kelly (Training Director), Laure (Head Coach) and Alexandra (Managing Director). Together, you will take on the challenge of making training and coaching in public speaking a real axis of progression and development for our clients.
Your main missions:
Provide and lead coaching and training services at all levels.
To be the preferred coach for our VIP clients.
Identify customer needs to offer them suitable and innovative solutions for their decisive speaking engagements (on radio, television, stage, etc.).
Understand and master the complexity of the business world to be comfortable in all areas of activity.
In a caring manner, provide critical feedback that will surprise and stimulate our customers.
You'll see, you'll always have something to keep you busy.
What we are looking for in you:
The bare minimum: a dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, creative, organized, versatile, professional person who has total mastery of body language and oral communication. A person with very good interpersonal skills, impeccable presentation and who does not take confidentiality lightly. A person who will be able to invest in our team and our agency.
